Stuart Millard
and KIRSTY COOK
Stuart Millard and Kirsty Cook bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to estate agency. Stuart’s deep-rooted connection to Dartmouth were established in 2010, and his extensive experience in estate agency since 1997 have been pivotal to the agency’s success.
Kirsty complements this with her estate agency background and customer service, living in the South Hams, ensuring a client-focused approach with everyone she meets.
Together, Stuart & Kirsty provide exceptional service and local expertise, making Millard Cook a leading estate agency in Dartmouth. Their shared commitment to excellence and personalised service ensures a seamless property journey for every client, whether buying or selling.
I was born and raised in Devon and have lived in Dartmouth since 2010, having first visited as a sailor in the 1990s. Living and working in Dartmouth is a true delight, and being passionate about the town and the surrounding area is a great help when selling properties.
I have over 27 years experience in the property industry, working my way up to Associate Partner for a South West based estate agency. After leaving, I worked with high-net-worth clients as a property search consultant.
I started Millard’s in 2020 to provide a unique approach to estate agency which has come from years of obtaining the best practice and listening to the needs of clients and purchasers.
I was delighted to welcome Kirsty Cook in 2023 to create Millard Cook Estate Agents to carry on with a focus on quality of service, in a confidential and professional manner.
Since 2015, I have been a volunteer crew member for Dart RNLI. The lifeboat is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so occasionally you might see me running through town when my pager goes off for a shout. In addition to lifeboat crew, I have been a trainer for new volunteers, a host for visitors to the station and helped on the fundraising committee.
I am also chairman for the Dartmouth Business Club, offering networking opportunities for local companies meeting once a month.
I had 9 years photographing The Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and Dartmouth Music Festival. In 2018, I also took on the role of Deputy Chairman and Director of the Regatta for the year.
I live in Dartmouth with my partner Tatty who is an Outdoor Activity Instructor and Tour Guide. We enjoy exploring the great outdoors by kayaking the River Dart and walking the South West Coast Path.

Born and raised locally, Kirsty offers a wealth of local and regional knowledge with over 10 years’ experience in the property sector.
Kirsty started her career for a large southwest based agency before being head hunted to join a regional South Hams company. Her recognised professional ability secured her the role of Valuer and Office Manager. Working in Dartmouth during her property career, Kirsty has built a unique, personal brand and professional relationship to cater towards Millard Cook’s one to one approach on selling bespoke properties.
Kirsty is a member of River Dart Rotary, one of the world’s largest charity organisations, helping the local community with hands on assistance and fundraising events.
Outside of the office, Kirsty supports her husband Paul with running a very successful free range egg farm, giving an invaluable insight into the agricultural property and farming market.
Kirsty enjoys the great outdoors with her 3 dogs (Spice, Bleu and Floyd), as well as wild swimming along the South Devon coastline.
